Technical Specifications

Filling Stations:
These machines feature the hoppers of capacity 40kg with cut off valves, which is attached to the filling cylinders that also incorporate capacity adjusting provisions. The delivery nozzles are supplied with particular pneumatic cut off systems so as to prevent dripping.

Sealing System:
This system consists of a pre-heating station as well as the sealing station.

Heating Station: This station is closed with hot air that is blown to pre- heat the sealing orbit . The compressed air is then heated up in the chamber, which is fitted with the hot air tool leisters. The Pneumatic regulators are given for controlling the air pressures as well as the temperature controllers to control the heat.

Sealing Station : This station is pneumatically functioned and particular jaws fix the tube. Batch coding is finished at this station.
